Anywhere provides card issuing infrastructure for financial institutions, fintechs, wallets, networks, and DeFi protocols. Our services include virtual card issuance, payment processing, API access, and related financial technology solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Partner Obligations
As a partner, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information; maintain the security of your account credentials; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; use our services only for lawful purposes; and not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our platform.
4. Compliance and Regulations
Partners must comply with all applicable financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, know-your-customer (KYC) procedures, and data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and APIs, are owned by Anywhere and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anywhere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
